Consultation
We will jump on a call with you, where we can get a real feel for where your business is at, the needs of your business and what we can do and implement to deliver the best results in the shortest timeframe.
Design Phase
In this Initial Phase, we use your businesses existing theme, colors and fonts along with existing logos to come up with a baseline design which we can work with and transform into your bespoke website.
First Draft
Once your happy with the initial design, we will start to develop the first draft of your website. This is a layout guide, and is used to describe where placeholders will go for elements such as your calendars, images, forms and more.
Second Draft
As soon as you approve of the first draft, we move onto the second draft. We send you our website content drop box, where you send us your images, along with the text and content you wish to use in the website. We then plug this in, making sure the layout and design remains the same throughtout.
Final Website Approval
Once we get the green light on the second draft, we will make any tweaks you want, and polish up the site ready to go live! In this phase we will also be implementing our on-page SEO Formula, and connecting your custom domain to your website!
Feature Build-out & Reporting
Once live, we can start to implement your chosen features for your website, such as custom booking systems, Quote systems, our WhatsApp automations and anything else we decided in the consultation plan. We also build out your Google business profile if needed, to help your website perform its best in the search engine.
We provide ongoing Monitoring, maintenance and monthly reporting too so you know exactly how your website is doing!
